offer Autodesk Gold Support Program
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - January 15, 2007: Advanced Solutions,
Inc., a full service computer aided design (CAD) software Value
Added Reseller for Autodesk, Inc., announced today their authorization
and inclusion in the Autodesk Gold Support Program (GSP). Advanced
Solutions, headquartered in Louisville, KY, is proud to present
this new program to their clients, thereby increasing the support
options which they offer.
"The Gold Support Program is a telephone support offering",
said Norbert A. Howell, AIA, Chief Technology Officer for Advanced
Solutions, Inc. "It is backed and branded by Autodesk to provide
top of the line support by the reseller to the end users in a timely
fashion."
"There
are a variety of support offerings available," according to
Howell. We have listed several ways to differentiate the Gold Support
Program from other support options:
- The GSP offers a live person to talk to within 3 minutes of
placing the call.
- GSP offers the end user some type of response within 2 hours
of their initial call for support. This may be just an update
of the status of the support issue, it may be a resolution, it
may be a request for additional information. The 2 hour
response varies based on the complexity and type of call.
- GSP gives ASI access to the next level of Autodesk support
specialists beyond what an end user would have if they called
Autodesk direct.
- GSP is for the end user whose technical support calls are mission
critical and cannot afford to wait for several hours, or days,
for an answer.

Autodesk's new Gold Support Program provides clients with quick
access to highly skilled technical professionals with a broad range
of experience. Only a very select group of companies have been
authorized to provide Autodesk Gold Support, which gives clients
the following support options:
- Unlimited toll-free telephone support Monday through Friday
during normal business hours.
- Online tracking and management of support cases.
- Up to four authorized callers.
- Local language support.
- Access to web-based self-service support and tools.
